1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kansera Hotels PVT LTD’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer:
- Hospitality Management & Design services under fixed‑fee or retainer models.
- Digital Marketing Solutions for businesses in any industry, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
3. Payment Terms
- Monthly Retainers: Billed in advance monthly. Invoices due within 15 days.
- Project Fees: 50% deposit on engagement; balance upon delivery.
- Ad Spend & Performance Fees: Ad budgets billed separately; performance bonuses applied as agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days’ written notice. Project fees are non‑refundable once work has commenced.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Kansera Hotels PVT LTD until full payment is received; thereafter, ownership transfers to the client as agreed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data confidential, and not to disclose such information without prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kansera Hotels PVT LTD’s liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or website announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
